Amphitheater Policies

The Lake Martin Amphitheater is a not-for-profit venue. All activities are approved and governed by the Lake Martin Arts Council.

Events will present a wholesome family format and security will maintain a family atmosphere.

The Lake Martin Arts Council and Russell Lands, Inc. will not be liable or responsible for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the use of this facility or property.

Individuals are welcome to bring their own refreshments, blankets and chairs. No glass please.

Tents, grills, pets and fireworks will not be allowed on the premises.

Underage drinking of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated.

There is no access by boat at this time. No shoreline activity will be allowed.

For ticket and/or free events: (1) Tickets are subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility without compensation should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate rules or regulations. (Also applies for fireworks.) (2) Amphitheater management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule concerts in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

No rain checks will be given unless specified.

Lake Martin Amphitheater is located in Russell Lands On Lake Martin, in Central Alabama. It is governed by the Lake Martin Arts Council, a private 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was established to provide the Lake Martin area with entertainment, art and cultural events.
